In the spring of 2014 what originally started as a market stall for the La Riponne Street Food Market has grown by leaps and bounds.

 We have spread our event wings these last few years and have brought the party to some amazing locations in London, Madrid and Tuscany to name a few.

At the core of our guiding philosophy lies an unwavering commitment to excellence, meticulously honed through the lens of consistency. We take immense pride in consistently delivering to an impeccable standard, transcending the boundaries of mere culinary experiences. Whether we are orchestrating an event exuding quiet sophistication or one that revels in over-the-top extravagance, our dedication remains unwavering.

Head chef and owner Emma Litkie hails from the sunny shores of South Africa where she earned her chef strips at SACA, the famous culinary association. Her food is globally inspired, with emphasis on great produce, technique and creativity.


Co-owner Toni Schwab, a true Lausannois, is a long time veteran of the hospitality scene in Switzerland and now runs our front of house operations making sure all your needs are met to the highest standards from seamless service to presentation.
